Remember, stocks trade on what they are expected to do in the next 6 to twelve months, not what the numbers said they did last year. In this case, BOCI is in a price war with other low cost modem makers Cardinal, Motorola, Zoom. So the margins are razor thin and there is little to no opportunity for major profit. Also, BOCI's new products will not be accretive to earnings until late thrid quarter at best. A low P/E is there for a reason. I think this is a great company, but there is no rush to put money in it unless some new news comes out that is immediatly accretive to earnings.
