Good questions: I don't know about the FCC regulations except there aren't any on this technology, I am phishing phor the artcile right now, but it came out in Sept I think, I definatively ruling that there was no regulation. As for the largest cell grid...right now it is only about 5 square miles (that is in Santa Fe, and will increase to about 20 square miles as soon as the city council approves the permit, just on hold do to holidays). keep this in mind as well, senior mgmt confirmed less than 30 days ago that they were in negotiations with 50+ ISPs and one of them has a foot print that covers 12 states and 60 cities. Good questions....lets keep the DD flowing, this one will continue to rock. I have dreams of NASDAQ!!!!! You have to walk before you can run, BUT NOT EVERYBODY GETS TO PHLY!!!
