I still can't understand how/why people "in the know" aren't in the market consistently buying up shares at these prices...After all, LEAH is worth, what, $5-$10+++ at least TODAY, if all is on the up-and-up?
I see NO pattern of that happening...In fact, with LEAH now bidding 7/16, the trend appears that there is consistent selling and LEAH is headed back to $0.25 instead of up to a buck...

I don't buy the "fearful of manipulation" theory. Every insider, or anyone else for that matter, has the right to BUY shares...especially in this case, when the (supposed) numbers/reasons would clearly warrant ANY purchase.

You know what I'd like to see? A follow-up to the earlier share buy-back announcement...stating how many shares HAVE BEEN re-purchased. It doesn't need to be a "stand-alone" release, but could be tagged on to their next (non-related) release. Companies do this ALL the time...but not LEAH.

One other thing...How 'bout the filing of a Form 10 to become a fully-reporting company with the SEC? They can do that despite being listed on a major exchange.

It's all about C-R-E-D-I-B-I-L-I-T-Y...
