Here's von Emster's performance for the fourth quarter.......

SYMBL SECURITY SECTOR CLOSE 4thQ 1 YR. 3 YR.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
FBDIX Franklin Class A: Bio [Health] 25.27 +21.6% +10.7% NA
FKGHX Franklin Class A: GlH [Health] 16.97 +16.2% -7.5% +5.9%
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Up 21.6%. Looks pretty good, correct? Wrong!! This is the guy who
was all over the first two pages of BioCentury this week saying that
you should buy biotechs that are profitable...... "What the market's
looking for is any biotech with earnings, or earnings in the near
term" said Franklin Templeton portfolio manager Kurt von Emster.

How could **anyone** mucking with large cap biotechs have only managed
22% in the fourth quarter? How could anyone have his three year
record in Global Health? Must be someone's son-in-law.

Karen Bernstein.... the next time I see you citing von Emster in BC
will be the last time I recommend your [otherwise] excellent
publication. I'm sick and tired of these clowns that sell based on
the seasons of the year, black cats and broken mirrors. They command
large dollars in the sector, and when they sell it hurts. If they
can't analyze the science, put them on the frigging street and let
someone else do the job.

"Bounce" up 64.8% in four months. "Suzbounce" up 63.4%. VDXX, using
margin and shorts, was even better. Much better.
