Dear Much Chagrined, don't fret. You are very close to the industry and see all the skeletons. I have noticed this with experts in other industries as well. The average investor - because less knowledgable - tends to be more carelessly optimistic. The only way you can solve this problem is to invest in something you know nothing about.<g> Regards Spot
