semi OFF TOPIC- I just saw an OTCBB stock that went up 8 points today, finishing the day at 28. Its 52-week low is 2 and its 52-week high is 20 (prior to today!). it is also in the long-distance phone business. My point: with the right kind of "news", an OTCBB stock can do VERY WELL!! Being in the OTCBB does not AUTOMATICALLY prevent a stock from doing well, if "certain" things happen :)
