When did you guys apply? The "bulletins" on
E*Trade's site says they started accepting
indications of interest at 5:00pm and
stopped at 7:20pm, presumably Pacific time.
However, even though I was checking frequently,
I saw the offer first at around 6:30pm.
My application is time-stamped 9:36pm EST.
It will be interesting to see which is the
last application that gets filled.
