Dwayne, Interesting article you shared on your recent posting--I'll leave the interpretation of it to the experts--I wouldn't even know where to start. On another NYRR point--I was at the NYRR Web Site and noticed that the site was updated on January 11th., 1999. Also in the news area on the same site next to the January 1999 Heading it states " Stay tuned for update ". Well I'll be staying tuned and whoever notices the update first please advise this thread.
