Lots of reason for Gates to visit IMO. 1-Don't think Apple currently has win95 or NT licenses for their machines wirh x86 cards; 2-When Apple/IBM stoped shipping NT on PPC boxes, Gates announced he was dropping PPC support for NT 5.0.

Re the portables, didn't Sony make most of them before?
