Risk,

I have never lost a moments sleep over loosing any or all of this investment as I've expressed in the past. This is not really a question I need you to answer, but from your comments a few months back, I recall you being much more optimistic than just a meager temporary $1.50/share price increase. If I recall you thought this was really on a steady return to glory. I could be wrong, but that's what I remember.

My main concern at this point is that this puppy is not worth the wait. This is my opinion. In what seems like the eternity I have waited for this management team to find a partner, I could have enjoyed the benifits of some other offerings. The rest of my portfolio is doing well. This one is a constant disappointment.

I agree with you 110% that anyone that takes on this type of investment or any investment in a market of any type should consider the money gone- a write off. Investing is just another word for gambling. Just that you have a bit more info to go by here then just the luck of the draw. It will soon be time to reallocate my resources should this not bring fruit to the table soon. I, as am sure most of us, have been more than patient with this management team. You as well. They now have a deadline I have made for myself. I refuse to be strung along any further even if it goes to $100/share after I sell it, which it won't. I cannot count the number of times we have been just so close to something happening while the rest of the market makes $$$. Big $$$. Each person here has a choice. I'm not saying that my way is the only way. But when you see what your cash could be making elsewhere(since 1994) you might consider the real loss you are taking here. I wish you and everyone in AIPN the best, but George and Company need to get their ass and their head wired together and shake hands on something to add value to our company. If not my losses will not be limited to just the loss in value of AIPN, but the loss I could have made by reallocating these $$ elsewhere for all these years/months. All the announcements in the world about the refinery are just gravey money. Period.(IMHO) The real deal is the partner for which I have now almost waited too long to see. I will as I said before recant every bad thing I have ever said about George or the company should they make good on their corporate propaganda. They now have until 4/1 max. to do so.

Reg,

Eric

PS- the end will ONLY be near if the announcement of a partner is made- My humble opinion.
