Sideware Systems Inc. Announces Stock Options VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 12, 1999-- Sideware Systems Inc. (symbol:SYD on the VSE) announces it has granted stock options to purchase 168,000 common shares to its directors, officers and employees. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.54 per share, priced in accordance with the policies of the Vancouver Stock Exchange, for a term of five years from July 12, 1999.
