What does GIFS mean by $100 million+ purchase 'value'. Purchase value implies to me that GIFS would be compensated with $100 million + of something other than cash. Could it be 100+ million in stock? We all know that the street doesn't think much of the $140 million VALUE of GIFS. Maybe Comparator plans to issue another 600 million shares of stock and buy GIFS surety business with IDID stock.
