Pruguy,

People need to remember that it wasn't too long ago that IBM was cruising down the road in a big Rolls Royce. Then all of a sudden they are down in a watery ditch, stuck up to their hubcaps in mud and trying to figure out just who the hell just whizzed past them and blew them off of the road.

Do not underestimate CPQ!!! You are exactly right for the future. It may be hard to imagine today but Yahoo could be gone in 5 years. Companies like CPQ have a huge base business that will support their Net activities over the coming years. Once Windows was placed in all consumer computers the ball game was over. Bill Gates won!! It is the same with AMZN. What happens to them when Walmart gets their Web page going? I'll bet we would be shocked to know how many tapes/books/cds that Walmart already sells in their stores at cheap prices.

Great points and good thought process on your point. I really beleive CPQ will start to make a serious move. I owned this stock on the original IPO at $12, long since sold, unfortantely.
