Robert,
VTSS makes many chips that are used by different ATE companies, SLB, TER, etc. but I don't believe that INTC buys ATE chips from VTSS. If those companies are losing business from INTC's cost cutting then this could possibly affect VTSS but I would guess that the damage would be minimal. VTSS stated that they didn't really expect demand in the ATE market to grow much for the next quarter or 2. I believe that the ATE market is expected to start picking up in the second half of 1999.

If VTSS sees a reduction in book-to-bill next earnings, then I might start to worry.
