This is just another example of how Etrade screws its customers. Due to there anemic trade confirmations and endless busy telephone signals, this pathetic online broker cost me several hundred dollars on a trade yesterday. I was told that they would send me an email to follow up after the market closed. That was yesterday and I am yet to recieve anything. Once I got through to them today (after being on hold for over an hour) customer service was SHORT, DEFENSIVE and RUDE. How the hell this stock is over 100 bucks is beyond me. Plainly put, Etrade don't give a damn about the customer..... I certainly hope none of this has ever happened to anyone else !

ps..... yes I am pissed, There's no excuse for a brokerage firm to give poor, unresponsive service in this day and age. But then again, I am sure there attitude is "what the hell, customers are a dime a dozen".
