I tried to call them to get more information on Power Etrade, once I was left waiting for an hour, two other times I got disconnected after a certain amount of time. (I know what you are thinking- got to be really dumb to sit that long and wait.) I was hoping that this would be an alternative to looking for another broker. I am tired of the slower server response on their new system and the even slower trade confirmation messages. Anyone tried Power e-trade? Comments? Tony
