I've been having a little bit more trouble than usual connecting. I too have a cable modem. Sometimes it'll take about 3-4 tries before I'm in. It's been happening a more lately - perhaps its related to the higher volumes seen in the market these days.

If I keep trying, I'll connect. I've never had a time when I just couldn't connect, though
