Thank you for your valuable observations and input, David. I encourage this presently quiet site to be positive and informative; hopefully those will occur in conjunction... The conference call should generate lively interest. Like yourself I also expect young Mr. Turner to be "take charge". Living up to the old man must be quite a challenge, and CODI looks like an excellent opportunity for him to begin his emergence. One share per $5. earnings for the next 3 years, up to 2M shares, sounds like a lot of incentive. Regardless of exactly what Teddy's percentage is (I'd guess he's got half, based on them riding his name), the potential rewards are great. Especially considering this is a debt-free operation. Since Ted Jr. got broomed when Time-Warner took over, do you suppose Ted Sr. wants to help a little...perhaps a deal is in the works...
