Dear Charles: The strongest case for a stock split, IMHO, is to let the "little guy" get into the action. We know, of course, that 50 shares of a 100 stock is the same as 100 shares of a 50 dollar stock in the same company. BUT, we are also humans and I think that people prefer to deal in round lots. Scott strikes me as closer to the little guy and thus may look favorably on such a split. I think SUNW is entering a new growth phase in ways not heretofore foreseen and likely will be a major beneficiary of the internet growth as well as telecommunications. Would be nice if more people could share in this phenomena. JDN
