Sure will make for action on the threads short-term. This reminds me of two years ago, Feb '97 when 3COM announced the USR combo. Was touted as "The" megamerger to radically alter the LAN-WAN marketplace. Admittedly, I was nervous then, CSCO looked like me-too player, but I hung on, accumulated and am glad of it. This will be an excellent test of CSCO's savvy and management - I can't think of another company whose virtues in those dept's I'd rather bet on. Of course, holding some LU wouldn't hurt either...;-) dd
