Cable connect issues:

We have a small percentage of users with cable modems and one or 2 have gone back to analog service and found a more reliable connection rate. We have not had enough examples to determine the cause of some cable connection problems, but we suspect that the "protocol" or data transmit methods used may unfamiliar to our servers and that may contribute to the problem.

While we send data in "push" fashion at very high speeds, we could not send it fast enough to any user to match cable modem maximum speeds and most CPU's could not handle the calculation rates anyhow.

The myTrack community hosts are willing to keep reviewing this problem and feed whatever diagnostics we can to the programmers to alleviate the cable connect problems. Please come to myTrack's Community Chat, ask about this problem and let us know how the connections are going.
