Your concerns are very valid!
If you have problems, that means others are as well.
Send an email off to the right people at CPQ and let them
know that people are not satisfied with customer service.
It can only HELP!

I was looking at CPQ refurbished for my nephew. I was considering buying him an AMD-K6 300........should be good enough for what he'll be doing. I am also looking at ARMADA notebooks..........I'll let you know how my customer service goes!

As far as the broker goes, your probably right, different divisions.
