We use ConfigCentral as well. It is a neat product but not without its issues. Novell has one of its own freeware tool that rocks and the Network Manager that works for me actually likes the Novell product better due to few if any glitches. ConfigCentral can actually scan Dos partitions and do some great stuff but it's major problems come in with long file and directory names. It works but it has shot us in the leg a couple of times. It still is a great product and they have a set of NDS management tools as well. One of the better combo's I have seen for management of the Netware environments is Managewise coupled with Compaq hardware. Insight snaps into MW and its works great for pre-failure warnings, statistics, etc. MW does a great job of NDS traps with the latest release so we are implementing that product presently.

Thanks,
