TRADERHIC, Careful on the warrants, I read that they are callable if the common stays above $10 for 10 days. This is a positive for the common shares because they will want to keep the price over $10 if they want to exercise the warrants. They will want to if they feel the stock will go higher, with IPO that's obvious. Call the co. to verify DC
