INEL LOOKS GOOD TO ME

News release today from PRNewswire announced that it is considering a IPO of common stock of XLConnect, its whooly-owned subsidiary. The offering would only be made pursuant to a prospectus included in a registration statement which would be filed with the SEC.

There seems to be a lot of build-up.05/01---@6.375 trading 912,000 05/02 @8.75-trading 2,877,700, 05/03 3,3177,00. I'll be in on Monday and YES this looks good if the deal goes through. Does owning INEL give you stock if XLConnect goes public?
