Tom, that's what I said $100 Million+ purchase value. I was curious as to what kind of 'value' GIFS would receive. I purely made a joke about Comparator (IDID) exchanging stock. I was speculating that GIFS would not receive cash for this deal, hence the due dilly EXCHANGE.
