Maybe yes, maybe no, who can do a proper valuation of an internet company. Especially the number 1 ISP/Portal. But whatever the proper valuation is, it has nothing to do with Brazil, just like the wild swings last September had nothing to do with AOL -- it was all because of Asia, where AOL has zero revs.
