Clark - haven't responded re: Brazil as I've had nothing intelligent to say. Not a good time for the US Congress to be bogged down - saw the Gramm said today that they should stop AG's 6 monthly testimony before the Banking Committee - not required or something to that effect. O/T - did you see that chilling Frontline documentary last night about drug snitches, mandatory minimum sentencing etc. And to think that the Senators talk loftily about protecting the constitution! E
