Won't help. Have to let it float completely (by end of week?). There won't be any IMF money in my opinion since it is obvious to even the IMF now that Brazil (like Russia) is a completely lost cause.

Brazil and Russia are the only two countries that I know of that have built into the very structure of their governments the complete impossibility of being successful. In Russia it is the communists in the Duma and in Brazil it is the communists (they have fancier names for themselves) that have some governor positions and that have the country by the throat with the constitional process. Neither of these countries in their current form have any chance at all of being successful. Maybe in 25 years (or if the military comes in and exterminates the communists).
