Well, because I only have a half million in cash/stock and you can't retire on that.!

I owe it all to Intel and Microsoft, I'll retire when it's 3 million.

So I have a long ways to go, beside I'm overseas so my regular job is under the 70K tax exclusion, that's why I sold Intel yesterday as opposed to taking it on top of my regular income and paying a higher % in tax later in the USA.
