Trader J, I have heard that sometimes you can get the update versions and can get the whole program for much cheaper. If the update version doesn't find the old program, my friend says that sometimes it will then download the whole program. Do you know if this is true for Microsoft Office suite? BTW: Got a 20" screen with it instead of the 19" I ordered. Lots of screen. Am also using Internet Explorer which is new to me (used Netscape previously). Having trouble with the computer freezing up when I disconnect and then reconnect later. Any suggestions on how to unfreeze it without shutting it down? MMK
