Could be, could be, could be...... Conjecture and more conjecture. Being a native NM, ( no longer living there) I am all too familiar that the state has a serious lack of sophistication. Does that mean SolvEx, or any other company for that manner does not have a right to defend itself in court? Is it evil, corrupt and extortious (is that a word?)for someone to prove their innocence and to refute false claims against them? If this is the case I must be mistaken about the concept of justice in this country. Are we all not entitled to defend ourselves? Or does this apply only SolvEx? If I am from Alabama and someone from New York commits a crime against me must I file suit in New York in order for my case to be legitimate? No one has ever proven the allegations against SolvEx. Nothing, nada has been proven. Media conjecture and Manny the S.O.B. Asensio have driven them into financial distress. I hope there is not a settlement so that the facts will be proven in court. A settlment would not give SolvEx the justice they deserve. Mr. Turtlman, you give SolvEx no chance to prove their innocence. I hope this is only a point of view regarding this situation. If not, I hope you are the only one in this nation of ours that believes that people do not have the right to defend themselves.The founding fathers would be out of their heads at this notion.
