Yes, I have read the annual report. Go back and read some of the earlier posts for my opinion on ZOLTs view of the market. ZOLTs revenue and earnings year to year growth are almost all from the Hungarian acrylic business - NOT carbon fiber growth. If you add up all the coming expansions in carbon fiber, there will be extreme overcapacity at the end of 1998.

IMO the survivors will be the guys who have an internal market for fiber (Hexcel, Mitsubishi, Toho, Toray) as they will be able to ride out the oversupply. Also, go back and read the comparisons of ZOLT and Akzo as again IMO Akzo is the premier heavy tow player.

Short term this is probably a reasonable bet to see $40, but IMO has no future.
