I would not worry about cable or the broad band connection.

Yes all those cable providers and baby bells will have this kind service available for customer. but the problem for them is: do they want to also provide contents/help for the first time users? if they do it will cost lots of money. soon or later they may make deal to our source this part to AOL. Why should AOL compete with them right now.
