Chester and all interested, Just got off the phone with Tom Cox at IR, seems that quarterly revenues were down because of increased costs in the customer service division. According to Cox, they are just finishing their switchover from DOS based systems to Windows 95 systems, and the increase in customer service was due to the large amount of calls from both new and old customers. Revenues for the year are up , and supposedly, everything is back on an even keel. I don't think this is bad news . Keep the faith. Regards to all, Tim
