That Forbes article about AT&T's one price all-you-can-eat service test in Texas has the best quote in the last sentence:

"Why spend $60 billion on a ground attack when you can attack more cheaply from the air?"

It does point out the lack of internet access speed, but forward thinkers know better. I think that AT&T will need to go CDMA if it plans on rolling out this service in a big way. They will need the data rates CDMA offers.
