Traditionally, the IMF bailout is seen as a market positive. What was the new one for Brazil? 41 billion? That is one enormous band-aid. . . .stops lots of bleeding. The new internet trading revolution seems less concerned with Brazil and more concerned with today's profits. . . that can end up being a good thing as America would be seen as stepping up to show strength despite the turmoil, should we end mixed [which I believe we will].
