If they would pay me enough I'd join the SEC team....I was a broker for 20 years and never saw this kind of stuff happening.

I do agree with what you have posted...but they do act when you file. Not always prompt or interested..but they do go to work.

I think my way of looking at it is this...I hate the legal system, but I'll let it hang over their heads for years if necessary to get to the end result. And if the end result sucks..at least I tried.

I also believe strongly, and I am not an attorney, that over time if systematic "errors" or "bad fills" show a pattern that some bright plaintiffs attorney will find away to get compensated through RICO. It may be happening now in some areas of consumerism.

As you can tell, I like to screw around for entertainment purposes. I like to let folks know who I find to be crooks. And I like to earn lotsa money in the trading game. What I don't like is when people get screwed by the people they need to trust, like their brokers. Sometimes you gotta bitch, even if nobody hears you.
