This is a turnaround story, so the change in earnings from negative to positive is what mostly matters for the first 4 or 5 quarters. Also other things like the reduction of the worst kinds of debt they took on, which is also happening. Another factor is the reduction of the need for dilution, which again is also happening. And building a new product line, which they have also done.

One more profitable quarter will wash out a bad year ago quarter in the numbers. Annual figures will look good for the first time in a while.

And then next Q we start to look at revenue growth, *after* the recovery is solid, and there is a profit. They have been hiring and training additional sales people, so I think that will show up as increased revenue, perhaps even this quarter to a small extent.

Hold this thing for one year and you will be pleasantly surprised.

I used to hear all the same carping on the informix thread until a couple months ago, in a very similar turnaround situation. Then IFMX went from 3.5 to 12.5 in three months.

So relax.
