I know CNKT fairly well, they were a crappy company at the IPO and they just got crappier. They did some floorless converts some time ago.The company is terribly run, and the products are inferior to say, a BVSN product. Connect is a dead company, IMO. Plus, they have had an ibm "relationship" for some time, if I recall correctly, and remember that IBM, as the joke goes, has more "partners" than employees! On the fundamentals I think its a great short. Also, I have notice some of the idiot's posts on Yahoo about how CNKT has only 2.4m shares out...that is complete BS...share count is over 11m (and climbing). good luck!
