Dear Dale:

My good friend. After reading your post I came to the conclusion that your prays to God to give you the wisdom and power to overcome your ego to admit that your short position of SUNW at $68/shr was not a very wise move, have not reached the old mighty as of 1/13/99. In fact by your comments I can only conclude that you are more than willing to take more pain. Hence I do strongly suggest to you to go ahead and short more of SUNW shares at $90/shr. If your shorting of the stock will result in the price to come down to the low to mid $80's I for one will be in debt to you for ever for which you have allowed me to buy more of SUNW shares at even cheaper prices than what they are now.

In any event, my best wishes are with you.
