OK, here is what I think is going to happen IMHO:

1. There will be NO REVERSE SPLIT.
2. U.S. Cement still on track.
3. Share holders meeting going to be pushed back.
4. Stock value will be 5 7/16 (mini IPO here)
5. Cement orders will be coming in.
6. JV's will be accruded to do real mining and BCMD will take a percentage of those operations.
