That's all part of the package. When and where DSL service is offered, the AOL client will give you the DSL connection speed option. I don't know if you will have to reinstall AOL, or if it will be done through a download upgrade, but AOL has been running limited DSL trials since last spring in some areas. The problem is not with the connection between your computer and AOL, it is between your computer and the local phone company that is offering the DSL service. The pipe between the telco and AOL is very fast, it is the local pipe to your home that is slow. DSL will provide the equivalent of three pipes into your home, one for voice and two for data, at speeds up to 25x faster than 56kbps.
