perhaps you are correct about major harm, but there's another issue here. accessibility to company reps. and sitting here in #mbtrading on irc, i have to feel pretty good about being kept informed about the probs. i've seen a lot worse. and name me someone who has an unblemished service record, where technical problems have never occurred? imo, it's about how proficient a company is at fixing things when sh*t happens. in #mbtrading, i see individuals getting personal assistance, and everyone being apprised of conditions.

they're doing okay by me.
