>>esecurities... don't know what to say...A Special Shareholder's meeting is being held on January 25 re: name change to NewKidCo International...q4 numbers will be important as well as sell-through of Tiny Toons, Elmo titles, et al...however, Elmo never happened...but now assured to ship q1 '99...if SWEBF/SKI can fund itself internally from existing cash flow/bank financing, etc..to get to these highly anticipated titles shipping we may have a winner...management has consistently represented they are on track...if they are telling the truth, again, we have a winner...the Alpha Message Boards also are indicating Alpha (SWEBF/SKI) had a very successful q4 and that is coming from Alpha Admin... alphasoftware.com there also appears to be a new NewKidCo license which is indicated as shipping on January 26, the day after the Special Shareholder's meeting...accordingly? we should all know something substantive, at least, by January 25?...
