Yes, this market is scaring the hell out of me. Brazilian default is a huge problem to US banks. Tremendous exposure. And the problem gets worse because of cheap oil. Brazil is a big trading partner of the US. Brazilian defaults on obligations are very serious. The market should be down substantially today, but it isn't. That tells me that there are a lot of lunatics running this asylum, and that also tells me that when they come off of their meds and crash psychologically we could see major carnage. I would frankly feel much better if the Dow were down 300 - 400 pts, because that would be rational. CTC
