I don't think complaining to the SEC about a company not conveying information to its shareholders will do a damn bit of good. The only thing the SEC can act on is if the company failed to file expected forms on due dates, and not for "lack of communication to share holders."

I am very frustrated with this band of Indians circling around us shareholders, hope the Calvary arrives soon?
