Spoke with IR this morning. by: p_3c (40/M/New Orleans) 14248 of 14271 Ms. Cuttleroff was very upbeat. I asked several questions and here are her answers. Q. Are we in a "black out period"? A. "No" Q. Why didn't the company respond to CSFB's downgrade? A. Not our policy to comment on downgrades, but we are discussing the issue internally. We have a strong relationship with Mr. Pomeroy, and he is nervous about the entire sector. He will upgrade us as soon as he sees improvement. Q. Why no news releases this year? A. We are in the critical phase of closing several deals, but cannot comment on them at this time. We will start letting some news out very soon. Q. How about earnings? A. Still 3 weeks left, so we can't comment on that aspect. Earning usually released 3-5 weeks after end of quarter, so around end of Feb. Give me a call back in the beginning of Feb for a firmer date. Q. How about the M&M deal? A. This is going to be very very big, we are disappointed that there wasn't more movement in the stock price. But, very soon we will be releasing other big news like the Net2Phone spin off. That is it guy, the whole conversation to best of my recollection. P-3C
