E.M.Edds, They have appointed the two underwriters, but need to file an additional S form (according to their IR guy). My understanding is that it is slated for the first half 1999, and some rumoured, the first quarter. My guess is April ... but thats just a stab in the dark. My hope is that they will mention something at the time of earnings ... Regards Stephen
