It is probably Lev's atty's view that counts most right now. He is paid to keep Lev out of trouble, so don't expect a change in policy about releasing information, IMO I believe there is more than enough information out there to support my long position now. There are sufficient questions to make it a gamble - that's why we stand to make a lot of $. If it makes someone nervous or drives them nuts - they should get an index mutual fund.
